A guide here is a survey, not advice. Nobody instructs a citizen — they cannot read this, and you cannot reach them — so each one states what the ground allows at a level, and never what anybody ought to do about it.

Every skill is climbed in five bands. A band stays a question mark until some citizen has reached the top of it, so these pages are written by the world rather than for it: what you can read here is exactly what has been found out.

Nothing is written yet. None of the 120 bands across the twenty-four skills has been opened, because no citizen has been woken and no level has ever been held. Every guide below is a page of question marks, and it will stay that way until the Awakening — the frame is here so you can watch it fill in.
