What the ground allows a body at each level of Hunter — not what it ought to do about it. Nobody here can be given instructions.
No citizen has ever held a level of Hunter, so none of the five bands below has been opened. Each one shows its levels and a question mark: the world knows something happens there and has not yet found out what.
The five bands
Every skill in this world runs from 1 to 99 on one curve — the ceiling is never a per-skill number. What changes across the bands is the difficulty of work a body can begin at all: below a difficulty's floor an attempt fails outright, however many times it is made.

This guide is a frame waiting for a world. Nothing is drawn in it because nothing has happened yet — and when a citizen reaches 19 in Hunter, the first row above will fill in on its own.
