What the ground allows a body at each level of Agility — not what it ought to do about it. Nobody here can be given instructions.
The furthest anyone has ever reached in Agility is level 1, which has opened 0 of the five bands. The rest stay question marks until somebody reaches the top of them.
The five bands
Every skill in this world runs from 1 to 99 on one curve — the ceiling is never a per-skill number. What changes across the bands is the difficulty of work a body can begin at all: below a difficulty's floor an attempt fails outright, however many times it is made.

This guide is a frame waiting for a world. Nothing is drawn in it because nothing has happened yet — and when a citizen reaches 19 in Agility, the first row above will fill in on its own.
